WIDE WORLD PHOTOS VIENNA BUREAU - JHB 3670 TRIAL OF INSURENCE MURDER-CASE : FRITZ FISCHL ACCUSED OF HAVING BEEN BRIDED BY WINE-MERCHANT STEINHERZ TO ASSASSINATE HIM. KECZEEMET, Hungary. - On the 15th February the trial is taking place of FRITZ FISCHL, who is accused of having murdered the wine-merchant RUDOLF STEINHERZ. It is believed that Steinherz bribed Fischl to assassinate him so that his family should profit by his insurance premium. The insurance company involved support the defence of Fischl, maintaining that he is no murderer, having been hired by Steinherz to kill him, while the Steinherz family brings a charge of common murder, to assure their claim for the insurance sum.
