Bippa NYF 57082. Mars Task Force Passes Through Burma Village (one in a series of five). U.S. infrantrymen of the Mars Task Force, wearing full c ombat packs and leading pack mules carrying supplies, pass through a mountain village during a long march in northern Burma. They are on their way to attack Japanese holding a section of the Burma-Ledo Road, which was renamed the Stilwell Road when it was opened to traffic early in 1945. 37931-FA.
