Today the election was held in the Austrian Parliament for the President of the Austrian Republic. Wilhelm Miklas the former President of Austria and candidate of the Christian-Socialiste Party was re-elected again for the next 4 years. 202 votes were given of which 109 votes from the united Christian-Socialist, Landbund (Country-Union) and "Grossdeutsche parties fell on Miklas, whilst the Social-democrats were in a minority with 93 votes. Pictures shows: Prelate Dr. Ignace Seipel, who some years ago was Austria's President, and who since then does not miss an election as candidates for the presidency, leaves the House of Parliament in Vienna after the election of Wilhelm Miklas.
