MIAMI, FLA.-Three persons were killed and a fourth critically injured when a plane, not entered in the All-American air meet at Miami, Fla., crashed near a pylon of the race course yesterday. Those killed were Robert C. Smalley; Chicago, ILL., pilot of the ship, vice-president and general manager of the Stinson-Illinois Company, Lieut. J.W.
